2. Site owners will have legal actions taken if they attempt to damage any thing associated with wapZan
3. All Sites that contains adult content must be enlisted in the adult category
4. Site owners must put sites in there appropriate category if not we will do so without notice
5. We have the right to disable any account that violates our rules and regulations
6. Your account should only host files that will be used on your sites with wapZan
7. Account will bes disabled if you host illegal materials of any nature
8. Inactive sites over 3 weeks will be deleted by the system without any notice
9. We are not to blaimed for server downtimes or outages at any given time
10. We have the right to modify the terms of service at any given time
If TOS is violated, Accounts will be suspended permanently and site owners will be held responsible for any damage
